Orcan Pneumatic bench vice ,the clamping declamping repeated operation is done through  pneumatic resulting into effortless ,Fast & consitent clamping operation.
The clamping force is consistent & not dependent on operater effort.The prerequite is clean & dry compressed air @ 7.5bar .

The fast & repeated operations are very usefull in alluminium die casting industry & assembly operations.

It comes with factory manufactured pneumatic panel which comprises of air prepration unit & solenoid valves ,standard operations are thorugh the use of onboard pushbuttons ,optionally on client demand foot switch can be given as an accessory,making both the hands free to hold the job before clamping or after declamping .
this is usefull especially for heavy and bulk volume jobs.
The pneumatic moment of the moving jaw is with in 5 to 7 mm & moving jaw can be moved manually to accomdoate different size of jobs from 0 to 150mm.
